解説 | パーカーポイント: 93+点 予想される飲み頃:2017 - 2026
The 2010 Taita was cropped from a healthy and dry year that allowed them to ripen the tannins properly. It's a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Syrah that aged in brand new French oak barrels for 24 months. In 2010 they reduced the amount of new oak, which was 100% before but is now some 80%. These vines are basically dry-farmed. I found more freshness and more polished tannins in this 2010, a slight change in style, still powerful and ripe. 5,000 bottles produced.
