The 2017 Chambolle-Musigny Les Feusselottes 1er Cru, which is 100% whole bunches, has a succinct bouquet of mineral-rich blackberry and raspberry fruit. This is already very expressive. The palate is well balanced, the whole bunch working nicely; the fruit is tight at the moment, but I feel that might be down to the low pressure system that settled over Chambolle during my visit and subdued some of the cuv?es. It still demonstrates fine delineation on the finish, and I expect a fine Chambolle.
