Deutz's 2013 Brut Rosé Millésimé is a little deeper and more reserved than its 2014 counterpart, opening in the glass with a delicate bouquet of red berry fruit, pear, mandarin and flowers. Medium to full-bodied, it's pretty and fine-boned, with a racy spine of acidity and a youthfully frothy mousse, and despite its elegant profile, this has the structure to be long-lived.
