樹齢50年以上のピノ・ブラン100%で造られる、大変珍しいブラン・ド・ブラン

セドリック・ブシャールのポリシーの通り、0.21haという極小の単一区画のブドウのみを使用し、38ヵ月という長期の瓶内熟成を経て完成された、味わいと香りのバランスが見事に調和した、素晴らしい仕上がりの逸品です。

The 2015 Blanc de Blancs La Boloree, 100% Pinot Blanc from 50+ year-old vines on limestone, is a wine of explosive power and resonance. In most years, the Boloree needs a few years in bottle to come together. I imagine that will be the case here as well. Even so, the pedigree is evident. A wine of stunning beauty, the 2015 hits all the senses with layers of mineral-infused orchard fruit. Floral overtones develop later, adding layers of dimension. Wonderfully rich and deeply expressive, the 2015 is simply magnificent. The biggest challenge will be finding it, as there are just 1,000 bottles to go around. No dosage. Disgorged: April, 2019.

セドリック・ブシャールは単一畑から、単一品種で、単一年のシャンパンを造る、コート・デ・バールに本拠地を置く、テロワールを表現する優れた造り手です。

野生酵母による発酵は数週間から数ヶ月にも及び、 単一畑 、単一品種、 単一年 のキュヴェしか造らない理由からアッサンブラージュは行いません。気圧は4.5程度と低く瓶詰めまで6－7か月間はステンレスタンクで寝かされます。瓶内熟成期間はほぼ3年間。

果実の純粋さとミネラル感と芳醇な香り。セドリック・ブシャールのシャンパンは官能性をまとっています。年産計1万5000本。ブルゴーニュやカリフォルニアのトップ生産者の多くが彼のファンです。
