樹齢55年以上の果実を使った素晴らしいペリエール
ブズロー家が2004年に手に入れたペリエール。伝説的な畑「クロ・デ・ペリエール」に隣接するレ・ペリエール・ドゥスー(Dessous)と、上部にある岩の多いレ・ペリエール・ドゥスュ(Dessus)の2つの区画を所有し、非常に古いブドウの木（そのほとんどは1938年に植えられたもの）を栽培しています。 香りは、魅力的なバターのようなブリオッシュのアロマ、熟した果実とミネラルのニュアンスが感じられます。味わいは、豊かで張りのあるコクがあり、非常に長い余韻があります。

The 2015 Meursault 1er Cru les Perrieres, which comes from two parcels including 20% adjacent to Clos des Perri?res and the remainder in Perri?res-Dessus, has an attractive bouquet with citrus peel, a hint of licorice and spice, just a little fieriness underneath the surface. The palate is very composed on the entry, the acidity extremely well judged and it builds nicely in the mouth towards a very flattering, lightly spiced, quite structured finish. Perhaps it does not quite deliver the mineral drive of the previous vintage, however, it has a sense of refinement and the persistence is impressive.
