解説 | ヴィノス: 90点 予想される飲み頃:2019 - 2025
The 2016 Bourgogne Blanc Champ-Perrier, which comes from a 0.4 hectares plot on the Meursault/Puligny border, has a light chalky bouquet that needs some coaxing from the glass. The palate is bright and fresh with good acidic drive, lovely weight in the mouth with hints of orange pith and crunchy green apples towards the focused, quite persistent finish. This is impressive for a Bourgogne Blanc - Bravo. Tasted at Flint Wines' Value Burgundy tasting. (Vinous, Jun 2019)
