The 2023 Riesling Le Dragon was made from Turckheim fruit grown on a southfacing sheltered plot of clay. The nose is gentle, bright and fresh, featuring green pear and lemon aromas. With more air, fresh touches of lemon balm and yarrow join in. The palate is wonderfully clean, bright and smooth, with a subtle yeasty texture and a gentle roundness. The nish is bone dry.
