The 2019 Blanc de Blancs Charles Heintz Vineyard is a wine of crystalline precision and energy. Citrus peel, crushed rocks, slate, white pepper and saline notes are all beautifully delineated. Linear and tense, with fabulous vibrancy, the 2019 is super impressive right out of the gate. This is another compelling sparkling wine from Ultramarine and Michael Cruse. Dosage is 2 grams per liter.
