The 2010 Gevrey-Chambertin is rich, round and seductive. Dark cherries, plums, licorice and savory herbs are some of the notes that emerge from this fleshy, seductive Gevrey. This is a terrific effort at the villages level and a very generous wine for the vintage overall. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2020.
