The 2015 Bourgogne from Domaine Claude Dugat is lovely, bursting from the glass with a charming bouquet of ripe cherries, violets and a subtle framing of recently used oak. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, supple and satiny, with fine, almost melting tannins, tangy acids and a generous core of ripe, mouthwateringly crunchy fruit. One of the best renditions of this cuv?e I've tasted, the 2015 will enjoy a broad drinking window.
