The 2023 Bourgogne Hautes-C?tes de Nuits Aux Chaumes has a subtle, floral bouquet with impressive precision and poise. Its very pure red fruit seems to shimmer with energy. The palate is medium-bodied with gentle grip and slightly darker fruit than the regular Hautes-C?tes. More salinity comes through on the finish. Excellent.
