The 2020 Vosne-Roman?e Les Suchots 1er Cru doesn't seem to want to come out and play on the nose despite coaxing. Timid at the moment - surprising for this Premier Cru. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, here, the wine is more expressive. The whole bunch just comes through on the nish adding a soup?on of pepperiness. This should comes out of its shell...eventually.
