The 2021 Bourgogne Passetoutgrains, which contains 25% Gamay, has a pretty red cherry and bergamot tinged bouquet, quite airy in style, obviously more "Côte d'Or" than "Beaujolais". The palate is medium-bodied with crunchy red fruit, quite tart in the mouth with a short, sharp finish.
