Exactly the same base wine as the MV10 but blended before bottling with 8% red Pinot Noir from an 64-year-old vineyard in A? that gives very tiny, juicy and structured grapes, Giraud's NV A? Grand Cru F?t de Ch?ne Brut MV Ros? has a lovely orange-pink color and opens to a slightly reductive bouquet initially, but then becomes pure and very delicate yet intense, wiht red fruits, red wine and floral aromas. On the palate, this is a medium-bodied yet concentrated, fresh and well-structured Ros? with purity, finesse and mineral length. It has matured fruit flavors in the persistent aftertaste, representing a good portion of reserve wines that add a final layer of complexity. Aged for seven years on yeast on the bottle the wine is pretty vinous, and its initially slightly oaky taste and grip needs a big fat fish. 4.500 bottles produced. Tasted April 2018.
