Based on the 2019 vintage, the NV Extra-Brut Cuv?e No. 747 reveals a lively, delicate bouquet of white pepper, tangerine, lemon oil, herbs and red berries mingled with lovely menthol notes. Medium to full-bodied, tense and sappy, its layered with a vinous core of fruit and a delicately saline finish. This is not the most opulent iteration from this house but rather an edition that closely reflects the character of the vintage, marked by its tension and phenolic complexity.
