Based on the 2015 vintage and disgorged in February 2022, Selosse's NV Extra-Brut Grand Cru Chemin de Chalons derives from the Cramant part of this lieu-dit that straddles Cramant and Avize; the vines, planted in the first half of the 20th century, have been a source for the domaine's massale selection. Bursting with aromas of buttered toast, tangerine, white flowers and toasted nuts, it's full-bodied, broad and textural, with an ample core of fruit that's underpinned by bright acids, concluding with a long, precise finish.
