The 2020 Brut Nature Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru, a pure Pinot Noir from three parcels in Bouzy, was vinified in oak and spent three years on lees. Its deep golden color shines, while red and green apple peel and flesh combine on the nose, expressing ripeness and tartness against a backdrop of creamy raw sourdough. Sprightly, almost frothy bubbles run through this rich wine, bringing bold structure and power. This is definitely a wine for the table, with its rounded yet fresh and supremely salty mid-palate.
