The (2019) Brut Ros? Nature Shaman 19 is a blend of 77% Chardonnay and 23% Pinot Noir harvested in Ambonnay. Only the merest touch of pink colors the wine, which opens with a mellow and enticing sense of fresh and creamy polenta. The palate is foamy, verging onto creamy, with a fine backbone of phenolics and freshness that mark this out for the table with its fine sense of bitterness. This is an elegant and defined Brut Ros?.
