The 2017 Brut Nature Sapience Premier Cru is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, harvested in Cumi?res, Hautvillers and Ambonnay. The palate is concentrated and foams with immense, salty, smooth wet oystershell freshness. A fine edge of pithiness adds a delicious film of welcome, gastronomic bitterness. This has moved beyond fruit and sinks deep into salty soil. Wonderful, profound, lasting. Zero dosage. Disgorged: February 2025.
