The NV Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Les Roises (2015 base) captures all of the signatures of the house style in its vinous intensity and resonance. Readers will find a Blanc de Blancs that balances the natural generosity of this site with that extra touch of energy from the Extra-Brut style. I would give the 2015 a year or two in bottle, as it is still recovering from its disgorgement about six months ago. Apricot, chamomile, dried pear, smoke and light touches of floral honey linger.
