The NV (2012) Extra-Brut Ros? de Saign?e Les Maillons is rich, exuberant and super-expressive. Sweet dried cherry, licorice, tobacco, spice and cedar show early signs of maturity. The 2012 has aged impeccably, but it is also plateauing. Any remaining bottles need to be finished. "Its the exact opposite of 2011, Collin opines. "Ripeness was much higher." Disgorged: March, 2016. Dosage is 2.4 grams per liter.
