The NV (2013) Extra-Brut Ros? de Saign?e Les Maillons is fabulous. Sweet, layered and enticing, the 2013 possesses breathtaking aromatics to match its mid-weight personality. The 2013 wont last forever, but it is incredibly haunting today. Sweet red cherry, kirsch, mint, orange peel and cinnamon are beautifully lifted. What a beautiful wine this is. Dazzling. Disgorged: March, 2017. Dosage is 2.4 grams per liter.
