Based on the 2010 vintage, but incorporating reserve wines from 2009, Collin's NV Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Les Pierri?res (2010) bursts from the glass with aromas of pear, freshly baked bread, ripe citrus fruits, dried white flowers and oyster shell. Medium to full-bodied, pillowy and chalky, with a layered core of fruit, tangy acids and a taut, incisive profile, it's drinking very well.
