Derived entirely from the 2018 vintage and sourced from Vertus and the southern C?te de Blancs, the NV Brut Nature de Craie delivers aromas of pear, almond paste, citrus oil and white flowers. Medium to full-bodied, tangy and incisive, its saline and chalky, with a pretty pinpoint mousse. Its vinified and disgorged without sulfur.
